Beets look like jewels in a basket. Good enough to eat...oh yeah, you are supposed to eat them!

Baby onions taste delicious grilled with a bit of olive oil and salt.

Lots of people are learning to like kale, stop by the market and get a recipe that I tried. Delicious!
